Please review these booking terms before confirming your package.
Pricing Validity
Rates are not valid during peak periods including Durga Puja, Diwali, and the Cherry Blossom Festival.
Package prices do not include mandatory Gala Dinner charges applicable on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of confirmation.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from Joshua Tours.
Final vouchers and tickets will be issued 3 days prior to departure.
Cancellation by Customer
Any cancellation must be submitted in writing via email by the person who made the booking.
Cancellation charges will be applied as per the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Changes or Cancellation by Joshua Tours
Joshua Tours plans all travel arrangements in advance; however, changes may occur due to operational requirements.
In the event of any changes, clients will be informed at the earliest possible time.
Joshua Tours reserves the right to cancel any booking under unavoidable circumstances, with appropriate communication.
Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events
If travel arrangements cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond control (for example weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions):
Before tour commencement: alternative dates or options will be offered where possible.
After tour commencement: a pro-rata refund will be provided for the unutilized portion of the tour.
Liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the tour package.
Amendments by Customer
Any request for changes (travel dates, accommodation, itinerary, etc.) must be made in writing by the person who made the booking.
Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All costs arising from such changes will be borne by the customer.
Complaints and Grievances
Any issue during the trip must be reported immediately to the service provider (hotel, transport, etc.) or Joshua Tours representative for on-ground resolution.
If unresolved, a written complaint must be submitted within 28 days of completion of travel, including booking reference and supporting details.
Joshua Tours acts only as a facilitator and will coordinate with third-party service providers, who operate independently and are not under its control.
Third-Party Services
Hotels, transport providers, and other vendors are independent entities. Joshua Tours is not responsible for their actions, omissions, or service deficiencies, but will assist in coordination where possible.
