Five to six days is the classic length for a first Golden Triangle trip — enough to see Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur without rushing. Here is a day-by-day Golden Triangle itinerary you can adapt to your dates.

The route runs Delhi → Agra → Jaipur → Delhi, with each city 4-6 hours apart by road and linked by expressway and fast trains. A private cab and driver stay with you throughout. Every day below is customizable.
Day 1 & 2 — Delhi
Explore both sides of the capital: Old Delhi's Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and Chandni Chowk, and New Delhi's India Gate, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, and the Lotus Temple.
Day 3 — Agra
Drive to Agra and visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise — the most beautiful and least crowded time — followed by Agra Fort, with an optional stop at Fatehpur Sikri.
Day 4 — Jaipur
Continue to Jaipur, the Pink City. Settle in and explore the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and the Hawa Mahal facade at golden hour.
Day 5 — Jaipur
Head to the hilltop Amber Fort, then Jaigarh and Nahargarh forts and the local bazaars for textiles and handicrafts.
Day 6 — Return to Delhi
Drive back to Delhi for your onward flight — or extend the trip to Ranthambore, Udaipur, or Varanasi.
